Lovely butchers Lamb Cutlets
These are delicious lamb cutlets, on the bone. Excellent flavour. My only criticism would be the 4 cutlets vary hugely in thickness which makes cooking time and portions a little tricky!I received 356g which was more than enough for 2 people.
