The media could not be loaded. Product didn’t work, wouldn’t get cold or freeze. Followed instructions step-by-step. Machine will make a noise like it’s about to turn then did nothing and flash the symbol after 5 minutes. Otherwise, I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Planning on returning soon.
