Perfectly in line with my expectations. Does perfectly the job for which it is designed.

Rubber blade grip is a little off centre but still works

Don't buy this if you have only narrow or small blades to sharpen. On something like the large blade of a victorinox swiss army you dont have clearance of the jaws to sharpen it. Then as my title says QC was garbage the 2 jaws dont line up anywhere near where they should be as the whole clamp is misaligned. The thumb screws feel like they cost a penny to make and the whole clamp is just cheap nasty junk. Disappointing.

Doesn't work for pocket knives as thumb screws catch rods and the rubber split during second use... Avoid!
