Is the entire blanket a heating zone or is it just a certain section that warms?

Friend, the heating wires are evenly sewn across the entire blanket. The first wire is eight inches off the edge of the blanket, and the top and bottom turnarounds are about the same. I hope you will enjoy this blanket as much as I have.

How warm is the blanket supposed to get?. I've tried warm & high & it doesn't feel like it's on.

Sounds like it may be defective. My blanket is toasty warm on medium. I would send it back.
