Not smudge proof
I like the overall length of the pencil. It's a true black that's not too soft that it crumbles and not too hard that it pull the eyelid. The sharpener works well as the cap. Hoping I don't accidentally cut myself while searching for it in my makeup bag. Overall a nice eyeliner. Not waterproof nor smudge proof.
