1-2 Lb Soap Molds & BAR Cutter SET

These weren't terrible but I wouldn't buy again. They are assembled using long bolts on either end which have to be tightened to hold the mold together but tightening causes slight bowing on the sides which makes lining very difficult and the molds must be lined, at least for CP soap. The slicer box didn't work at all for me as the bolts did not hold the sides in place so the soap would slip forward as it was cut causing an angled cut. The slicer itself is nice strong quality.

If only I could give a score of "0" stars. I was so excited to receive this purchase, however, my excitement did not last for long. The molds are not as described in the amazon ad. You have to use liners with the mold, the slicer is not the same as pictured in the ad, and when you try to slice bars from the loaf they do not cut evenly. If I could send it back, I would.

8 standard 1"inch bars per mold.. not bad if you need bigger runs. good quality but they do have sharp edges you may wish to sand round.

Bought these off eBay instead of Amazon from same seller, and I am a beginner soaped, I'd say I used the molds about 20 times. I bought them 2 years ago. They are bowing in the middle and almost impossible to put together because of this. You will need liners for them and the cutting one is a pain in the butt. It only has one slicing spot, and because of the bowing and the molds falling apart slowly, you need get even slices. I would not recommend these, at all. Sorry.

They do require liners! I used it without any liner and it stuck. I had to scrape it off with the cutter.
