蓋近くに網状のものがあるタイプや、金属製のボールが入っているタイプ、色々試しましたが、これが私にとっては最適解でした。なんちゃらスフィアは蓋と塗装がイマイチでしばらく使用して処分しました。ボトル本体は六角柱を捻った形状で、底部の端っこは角ばっていますが、プロテインパウダーが残る事なく混ざってくれます。本体と蓋部分だけなので洗い物も少なくて済みます。ただし、アマゾンジャパンで買うよりiHerbで購入する方が本体の値段は安いです。あちらでは¥2328です。よかったら招待コードご利用ください。→RQR993
