I am an Apple watch user, but...
I've been looking for an inexpensive fitness watch for a long time. I am so glad I found this fitness watch, I was very impressed when I unboxed the item, it looks like I spent way more than I actually did. I've worn it to the beach several times and even into the ocean and have had no issues whatsoever. By the way, I am an Apple watch user, this one is cheaper, lighter and smaller, and I also found the band to be more comfortable while I am working out.

No-go for heart rate monitoring during your workouts
Note: I bought this product primarily for its heart rate tracking function. Didn't utilize all of its functions.Some positives about it:-It syncs up well to my iPhone via the app (eg: it vibrates to notify of incoming messages, seems to be consistent in tracking my heart rate)-Found out this thing is WATERPROOF. Poor little thing went through the washer and dryer its first day of use (oops) but came out unscathed. Very impressive.-My detectable heart rate when sedentary (on computer at work, sleeping) seems to be pretty accurate. No crazy, questionable spikes in the readings, so pretty reliable.Negatives:-It falls off my wrist. A lot. It feel into my laundry load the first day. There's a little metal stud that secures the silicone strap together and its definitely not enough.-Why this product is only 3 stars from me: I cannot get an accurate reading during my workouts. It gives me a significantly lower hr reading than both the treadmill and my friend's Apple Watch.-It takes around 6 to 7 seconds for the watch to display your heart rate. The machines at the gym do it better.-It's not that comfortable to wear and it's either too tight or too loose.Overall, this product is just O.K. $30 for an app that accurately tracks your sedentary hr and connects to your phone is not bad.

LOVE IT
I love this Fitness Tracker and so does my Dr. and physical therapist. I really should give this 5 stars. The only reason for 4 stars is I'm technically challenged and probably need a newer phone (mine is 7 years old) so I can't testify to all the good features this Fitness Tracker has - but I still love it. Even without syncing I still have many of the features especially important to me being steps, blood pressure and heart rate. I even compared the blood pressure/heart rate to the Dr's office and we were only 3 pts off - I am very pleased.

Works great, I love the blood pressure and heart rate my steps and calorie count I can't figure out a couple of the other functions but I don't need those. part of the band broke So I glued an taped it an keep moving.

Blood pressure is never accurate
I have had this watch for a few months now two problems I have the blood pressure is never accurate and the hoop for the band to go through burst easily
