Q: Does Amazon ship "smooth" or "classic ?"

They ship “classic” which according to the side of the box is “bright and smooth”, but indicates a medium roast. I bought the classic in the 72cup qty. that is actually 3 boxes of the same stuff you get in the 24cup smooth selection. I know this because I decided to try smooth and just got the box; same box as before. But it’s fine, I like it anyway. But if I knew it was the same I would have ordered the 72cup pack.

Thanks for your question. The formula of the coffee has not changed, however the roast designation was modified to better match the flavor of the roast. Krispy Kreme Classic is the same blend as the Smooth Roast you know and love. Hope this helps!

Q: I have a Keurig Elite with four, six, eight, ten and twelve ounce settings. Which setting would you recommend so that the coffee is not weak, but not too strong either?

I always brew 12 and sometimes brew another 4oz cup from same pod and it is always plenty strong without being too strong.......so I would suggest 12
