Great question! Excellent award winning extra virgin olive oil! I would say that it is semi-unfiltered as there is some olive sediment and a bit of cloudiness but light.

Barbera's Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from cold pressing the best quality Sicilian olives: biancolilla, nocellara, cerasuola originating in the surrounding areas of Partanna, Castelvetrano, Ribera, Sciacca and Trabia.
