Very disappointed !
I bought this lawnmower in 2020 and I have only used it 5 times. It is a total disappoint and each time I took it out I felt like crying. I fell for its German made design not knowing it was the worse choice I made. It took all this time to write this review because I could not trace my receipt and the lawnmower was lying broken in the garage. I just wrote to the manufacturer and I truly hope this can be fixed as it has cost me over £400 so far.

Impressive
I was really impressed with this after having a cordless. Most impressed how little petrol it used for 25mins mowing. Really well built and powerful blades had no issues whatsoever. I would recommend this product for medium to large lawns.

It makes the cut every time
Very good range of cutting heights and efficiency. Quite economic on fuel. A tad heavy though.

Happy with the grizzly
Does a great job, you need to add oil before you start, but, I had it up and running within minutes, great mower.

Faulty product and frustrating customer service.
I received my mower from Motodox in a timely manner but unfortunately that's where the positives stop. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the mechanism that you use to select what height you want to set your wheels at was faulty. It was obviously poorly made and seemed to be missing a coli or spring of some sort. Once the mower was moving, it would suddenly fall down and cut the grass on the lowest level i.e. the lever kept falling out of the level/socket it was set at. Obviously this is useless and led to me not being able to cut my grass.Numerous back and forth emails led to a refund of percentage of the fee I paid for the mower and the promise that they would send out the mysterious piece that I was missing... All they did was send me out another lever!I can';t comment on the grass cutting side of the mower unfortunately, but the frame seems poorly put together. I have since asked for a full refund or replacement. 4 weeks in and still no grass cut, VERY FRUSTRATING!
