Well I am at fault here as I did not read the directions first. I drank 16 ounces and I also have diverticulitis. It did not go well for me. In bed 3 days with horrendous abdominal pain. Do NOT drink more than 8 ounces! It has Senna in it. Read the directions first, it is imperative! The taste was really good.

I am very happy with this order, prime delivered next day with no issues. At first I was a little hesitant to buy this because I really never heard this brand and almost bought another one, but I decided to give this a try. I just thought, I won’t lose that much if anything. Let me tell you, I am a tea drinker, I love tea and some of this teas are usually horrible in flavor. This one though, OMG the flavor is so high end. I don’t know how to explain it. The flavor is so delicate, but you can taste a real taste if that make any sense. Haha. ( I put some power cinnamon, to bring up the flavor) I read some people put lemon on it, but for me personally, I don’t think it needs it, unless you really dislike tea.Well this people are not paying me for this review, I am leaving this because I myself come to read them for many things. I just got this two days ago and let me tell you, uff...some people said that for them it takes 10, to 24 hours to do any effect, in me it only takes about 6 to 7 hours ,so make sure you don’t drink this at 4 Pm just in case you are like me and have to get up in the middle of the night haha. Well this tea really works, it does what it says will do, I don’t get hard cramps , more like a minor pain letting me know is time to go. I bought this mainly to lose some weight on my stomach area and in two day I can see a huge difference. Oh another thing is that I can’t drink this every day due to been high effective ( if you know what I mean) I will be drinking it every two day. ( but again, that’s me) This only make you go when you eats, which I like because lately I’ve been having a bad mouth lol. I super duper recommend this tea to anyone that suffers from constipation or want to lose a few extra pounds. I can’t say how fast I will lose weight, but in two day a lost almost 2kl which is around 4 pound. ( I am not over wight, just a few pounds extra, I am looking to lose about 15 pounds) I am very excited to see the results in three weeks. Thank so much guys. A very happy customer here.

Saw few warnings in the review about this. So here is an honest review.First of all, if you have a really really sensitive stomach, sensitive meaning you poop ALOT, or you get stomach ache or diarrhoea easily, PLEASE DONT USE THIS. This will make you poo more and experience diarrhoea 24/7. Your poop will turn to water!!! you will need to make sure that you have access to a nearby toilet all the time!!!Second, you will experience diarrhoea symptoms (can’t express diarrhoea enough in this review) like stomach grumbling, stomach pains, your back side will seriously hurt from going to the toilet all the time.Third, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!! ai can’t stress this enough. it says to pour 8oz of water and to let the tea seep for 2 minutes. DO EXACTLY THAT ONLY 8oz and NOT MORE. my mistake was I drank more than 8oz on the first day and I tell you my bowel movements was sooo bad. I experienced extreme cramps , water poo, nausea, and dehydration. So please make sure to follow instructions properly. THIS IS NO YOUR NORMAL TEA!!! This is literally laxative.Fourth, you will FART A LOTafter experiencing all that, for ONLY 7 days, I did lost 1kg.But is worth it? If you can bear diarrhoea 24/7, then sure be my guest. But for me, no. The pain is not worth it.Would I still use it? I would stop it for now so I could recover. as I am posting this review, I am still having diarrhoea symptoms and its been happening for a few days now. So no, I wont use it. Gosh golly, this works. Honestly its better than the fiber pills i was using. Just know you gonna be on the toilet for a while.

It was okay .. I would buy it again but the flavor was bland

I have PCOS which makes losing weight impossible no matter what I eat or do. I didn’t bought this to lose weight though, I bought it so I can poop regularly. Ever since I’m young, I remember only pooping once every two weeks. Sometimes I can literally feel poop is there maybe like 2 inches away from my butth@le but it won’t come out until maybe 2-3 days later. That in itself DROVE ME NUTS. I started eating veggies and adding lots of fiber to my diet but I only get gassy and I still can’t poop no matter what. I even sit on the toilet for hours at a time, nothing will drop. This tea though!!! 10-12hrs after drinking it I’m pooping! I drank every other day or when I ate something heavy I drink it afterwards. When I first drank it I’ve had cramps and stomach aches after 8hrs, it also doesn’t help I drank it around 7pm ish so I would wake around 5-6am with diarrhea. My body adjusted though and I learned to time it better. I now drink this 9-10pm then poop around 8am-10am and it’s been constant on schedule! I also barely get cramps, everyone’s body is different so experiment and keep records! Mine takes a hours and hours before working, for some it’s within 2hrs. Goodluck !Update after using this for almost a year:So I use this less and less now since I’ve seem to grew tolerance over it. I’m not getting the same results anymore & sometimes I just get bad cramps and a case of diarrhea. I only use this if I eat thanks giving amount of food or maybe once a month. I also started taking probiotics gummy (olly) & this seem to have a huge effect on me. I naturally poop once every 2 days or almost everyday now minus all the cramps just by taking olly.
