It works, it actually works as advertised - with Dell XPS 13 9370 - perfect!
This is the fourth(!) USB C hub I have tried since purchasing my Dell XPS 13 9370 in April. In order, these have been:(1) https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B071KKNPP2 @ 2 stars= full power delivery, USB A working but NO video delivery on VGA or HDMI(2) https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B073WVKSSS @ 4 stars= USB A working and video working on both VGA and HDI, but ONLY PARTIAL power delivery (not full 60W)(3) https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B078XCTK8N @ 1 star= USB A working, but NO video delivery on VGA or HDMI and ONLY PARTIAL power delivery (not full 60W) = 3/10I was starting to think that the only way to get video, power and USB A was to use the excellent but expensive (and not very portable) https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01MQ2SF02. This is, incidentally, a first-class unit and perfect for desk use.My persistence has paid off, however, and this Cable Mattershub appears excellent, although I haven't tried the Ethernet connection yet (I don't have much use for it). The key points are:(1) IT WORKS!!(2) It is very portable - small, light and comes sheathed in a removable rubberised case so it should withstand a few bumps. The case includes a neat cable tidy for the permanently attached (ribbon style) USB C cable, and this has a tethered rubber cap to protect the USB connector(3) It has 2x HDMI ports which work in parallel i.e. you can definitely drive 2x 1080p screens from the device - I have just tested this and it worked first time (I have no reason to believe it won't handle 4K but I don't have a 4K screen to test on) using reliable DisplayPort tech - my laptop offered multiple DP options as external screens were addedWell done Case Matters, a well-designed and well-executed USB hub and great value for money @ £55 - I will be recommending to friends and colleagues.

Works well at extending laptop screen to two external HDMI monitors (and powers laptop)
With the prospect of long term WFH I could not continue with a small laptop screen plus HDMI out to one external monitor so I got this to extend (not duplicate) my desktop across two external screens. It is not cheap but it works perfectly. With c.3 months of Mon-Fri use I have no issues with drop outs or detecting the screen etc. I use it with a thunderbolt enabled Lenovo laptop with a USB C power cable. The laptop power cable plugs into this hub and passes power through to the laptop. The hub also has a couple of USB ports and by putting my keyboard connection into there I can take my laptop away by only disconnecting the USB C connection making it quite convenient. Note I have tried this with a 1 year old but cheaper HP laptop which has a USB C port as well but it does not work as that laptop is not capable of outputting a video signal via the USB C port (i.e. check your laptop has video out capabilities as just having a USB C port does not necessarily mean it is compatible and you will end wasting your money getting this port).

Works great, could do with some minor improvements
I bought this product because I wanted a dock that could drive two screens displaying independently of each other (not mirrored). A lot of other docks with two display outputs be it vga or hdmi seem to only be able to mirror those two screens which is not what I wanted. Everything on the dock works great, just wish the usb ports were rated for higher power output (they seem to cap at 500mA which is way too little to charge a phone these days) and every now and again one of the screens will switch to VGA resolution instead of full HD but that was goes away after unplugging the dock and plugging it in again. Not sure whether that is a laptop (Windows) or dock issue so I can't really fault the product.

A great compact docking station
This is an awesome product. I just wanted a cheap docking station, but was really impressed with the quality. For a start the thing is designed for travel, with rubberised padding that makes me much more confident about just throwing it in my bag. It's small and light, and actually works better than my old docking station. If I was to complain, I'd have liked more than 2 old-style USB ports (I have a Surface Go which doesn't have any ports on it), and a slightly longer cable to put in to the USB C port on the surface (although the way that the current cable wraps around the case and tucks into a little slot means that it's much easier to carry around so perhaps I shouldn't complain!). However, having dual HDMI outputs is an excellent feature.Overall, however, performance is excellent and it simply plugged in and worked. Drivers loaded automatically and I've not had any problems at all. The price was great too - it's a real bargain.

Check the side your thunderbolt port is on.
Decent little dock. Would be better with a longer USB C cable as my thunderbolt port is on the mouse side of my laptop the box is sat on the mouse mat. So it becomes an obstruction.

Device heated and item stopped working as it intended
After hours of research, I decided to bu Cable Metters USB -C with a high hope that this resolve my issue managing multiple cables. I had looked at various cheaper options (around £20 to £40) but I thought if I spend bit more I would get reliable quality product. Unfortunately, within an hour use, both monitor went down at same time, usb keyboard work stopped working only thing working was charging. I tried multiple combinations of things to rule out that it wasn't cable, monitor itself, drivers, laptop ports, etc. I also realised that HUB has heated up a bit. So what i found out was that at any given time, I can only either charger laptop or display two monitors or use Keyboard but not all them at same time. I suspect something happened to the device internal chip causing this issue.Although most reviews was postive for this device, I did see few other low reviewes with similar issue. I have decided to return the item for refund. I have gone ahead and decided to spend even more money and buy Dell WD19 Docking station hoping it won't let me down like this has down. It was quite stressful right now as I am working full time from home and when you invest some good time and good time just to find the device doesn't work.
