Puritans Pride Green Source Multivitamin and Minerals, 240 Count

I've been getting these for decades. Started when a grandmother said they made her hair and nails grow great. They DO! But I also notice feeling better in general when I remember to take them for a few days. I don't take vitamins every day, but I can definitely tell when my body wants one of these. I know a daily dose is more than one per day, but I find that just one with a healthy diet is perfect. I take them camping and traveling when I don't know how much fresh, green and recently alive produce will be available.

I, and now my Daughter, have been using this product for years. If there is a better, more complete MULTI for the price, I sure haven't found it.And at a right price.

I have used these for years they have more in them than any other supplement I've seen and they get here more quickly and I'm not sure on the price I think it's roughly similar to the parent company that markets them and I don't have to buy a certain number to get a discount. As far as being easy to swallow I can swallow a giant amount of supplement at one time about the size of a bowl of food in your mouth people will always marvel at that three of these two fish oil to calcium supplement all at once Plus prescription meds can all go down in one swoop so I can't really comment on easy to swallow except that they're easy for me. I'm just glad you're here sometimes the other company runs out.

I use it over 8 years. It's good enough for daily use.The only bad effect is yellow urine which makes you as a patient.In fact, it's not, just over dozed of vitamin B.Others looks perfect.

These vitamins were very hard to find. Recommended by my nutritionist.
