アプデに失敗する人へ

パソコンからファームをアップデートする時にセキュリティソフトが入っていると失敗する。スマホのアプリからなら大丈夫かもしれない。電源ボタンとマイクのミュート音が大きいので、使用中にミュートしたくてマイクを上げると煩くて音量調整も出来ない。Windows側の音量調整は無効でヘッドホンのボリュームダイアルでしか調整出来ない。あと、パッドが厚めなのか横幅がキツめです。

ひどいヘッドセット

半年前に購入。音飛びがひどく使えない。頻繁に接続が切れる。充電しても、ドングルをさし直しても、違う本体で試してもダメそう。なかなかにひどい。ヘッドセット本体の問題なら交換して欲しい。
