Ann Michell 4025 Fitness Waist Girdle with Latex

Love the extra back support it gives ! I’ve used the Ann Michelle latex waist trainer for about 2 years now due to my diastasis recti.. I have to have something support my core while working out per doc order until I can have the surgery to repair it ...This is my first time trying the fitness band and I can feel the extra support it gives for my lower back compared to the latex trainer ...I’m glad to have both the latex and fitness trainer to alternate between my workouts based on the type of support I need during that session ...as far as sizing I ordered the same size that I wear in the latex which is a medium

I love this when I work out . My favorite is that it’s adjustable so I can buy one and keep it for a long time with out getting to small and having to by a new one. It’s comfortable compared to a waist trainer and it’s easier to breathe depending on how you feel that day . Some days I want to take it easy buy still wear it Or some days I can really waist train either way it makes my tummy sweat. I would recommend for anyone who wants to waist train . More a beginner waist trainer . This is really only for working out. It’s kind of bulky for under clothes.

I think this is more so for a woman with a short torso. If you have a longer torso, this will not cover you're entire stomach area. I'm 5'11 and the trimmer covers just about up to the bottom of my shoulder blade. Hope this helps anyone who's wondering.
