Es un buen producto, soluciona y facilita el trabajo en una cocina o en un puesto de comida que es mi caso, como hace poco lo recibí recién lo voy usando dos veces y solamente los fines de semana, por lo general el día sábado y a veces también un domingo depende de las ventas, es muy práctico. Les enseñé el manejo a mis empleados lo hacen con buen cuidado y básicamente cortamos tomate pero también lechuga nuestra venta es de hamburguesas que llevan lechuga y tomate lo único que me preocupa es que no vino con un filo de repuesto por las dudas digo no sé si El vendedor tendrá y quiera contestarme acá repuestos de estas cuchillas, mi idea es comprar más de este producto puesto que pienso abrir a la brevedad otra fuente de trabajo y que se usará también de la misma forma.Hasta el momento estoy muy conforme espero que sea una herramienta que me dure y me siga dando las satisfacciones que me da hasta el presente.Gracias vendedor me facilitó las cosas con su producto, avísame si puede, si tiene cuchillas de respuesto

I have cooked in kitchens around the world and never use one of these things. I was dehydrating fruits and vegetables and they spoke of using this product often so I thought I'd buy one and it is a great product. Different settings. Different sizes. Your cuts are done with a quality look I found that there's very little strain using this product. You're not working so hard to get a quality look to your product. You don't have to worry about cutting yourself or having onion juice in your eyes I like this product and would definitely recommend it. It really helped eliminate The cutting board and the knife I was using. The only downside is a doesn't facilitate large fruits or vegetables. The window for cutting is a small one Used for average fruit or vegetables.Good product. Good build, strong and sturdy. I will definitely buy again. As a matter of fact I'm going to buy a few for Christmas presents

It’s a really cool device. The suction is great it doesn’t slide around the counter while I’m using it. It’s great for making French fries into smaller sizes if you have little ones and it’s also very sharp so be careful when cleaning. Overall it’s cool but I still hand chop veggies by hand from time to time 🤷🏾‍♀️ habit I guess 😅

This mandoline cuts, cubes slices and more. It is solidly made and is so easy to use and gentle on you hand and arm and fun to work with. Making French fries is so fast to cut. Comes apart to 6 pieces very quickly for cleaning and reassembles in I think less than a min. For equipment this smooth I was surprised it had a solid weight to it. My husband makes French fries and is thrilled at the ease and speed you can cut the potatoes. Normal size fries or small fried. I suggest if you slice frequently this is the one to buy. I have a nice mandolin but it doesn't compare to doing it this way.

About a week and a half ago I had to dice, by hand, a large amount of jalapeños from my garden, and it took me close to 30 minutes. That led to me on a quest to find a solution, and this product was the perfect one! This morning I used it for the first time and it easily diced in a fraction of the time, and the clean up was so easy! I was skeptical when I first purchased, but I just ordered a second one as a gift for a relative.

Some have ones I can use so I wanted to get my own to take with me while working.To compare:Large chute- awesome- saves you from having to cut down your veggies before loading in. Made for perfectly round paper thin onion slices- beautiful for carmelizing.Able to disassemble- perfect- much needed! Pieces can get trapped and are very hard to get out of other brands like pampered chef.Size and cutting options - great- labeling on pampered chef is a little nicer but it is easy to figure out.Catch tray- could be a little deeper- with all models I tried I find putting the whole unit in a sheet pan catches all the stray juices created and makes clean up easierSafety -Definitely use the cleaning brush. You can easily get cut otherwise when cleaning

The slicer works good. The problem is the tray, it had been broken and glued. I kept it due to the hassle of returning it.
