The purpose of RCD product is to make high density diamond segment which keeps the high density diamond grains very strongly through the molecular sintering method. RCD grain is compounded of possible maximum diamond concentration and minimized bonding metal matrix and the used metal matrix involves very hard metal particles and alloy powders. Saved me hours of work
This caught my eye because I’d been searching for something to remove old epoxy from concrete. Everything else I tried, including sanding discs, took far too long, or didn’t remove the epoxy well enough. This did the trick! It’s made of lightweight metal, so you know it won’t wear down. And the diamond nubs haven’t worn down either. It almost works too well - so you have to be very careful using it, or else you’ll deeply gouge the concrete. Overall, worth the money and a good product.

Works Great on Our 9" Grinder
We install carbon fiber straps on interior basement block walls. We use this to grind down the face of the wall in an area about 6" wide from floor to ceiling. After struggling to find a wheel for our Bosch 9" grinder, we talked to a Bosch tech and he said this 7" wheel would work just fine on the 9" grinder. He was right, it works great. We use a 7" shroud with it as well and hook it up to the vac, overall it's a great set up.
