There is information on the Web site. They also sell cleaner. The best thing is to not let it get dirty in the first place. Clean the dust off your bottle of fluid before pouring it in the machine. If all else fails, give them a call. They are an amazing company and will gladly help you out.

Q: Used outside with bog fog it just drifted up and away. How do I keep it on the ground?

You might want to use a fog chiller. I had the same problem until I built a fog chiller. I used an old cooler. I still use it now, it's 12 years old. There are many inexpensive, easy, quick ones you can try.

Q: does this one do autofog after reheating?

It has a timer, so yes, you can set it to produce fog every 5-10 minutes, etc. You can also adjust the amount of fog. It's a great machine!
