Q: Please let me know how to solve the problem that the Mac does not recognize it while using it in a Windows environment.

The Sabrent drive cannot be formatted in Windows NFTS format. Use Disk Utility on the Mac to format Sabrent drive in Windows EXFAT format, which Mac will recognize.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Android phone. Yes it works with my android phone. I connected the external SSD with the USB-C cable. When I swipe down form the top of my phone it is listed as "USB Storage Added", tap that and you have a choice of "open" or "unmount". Choose "open" and you will see any files/folders you have stored on the SSD . OR On your phone choose your "folder" app and you will see it listed as USB Storage. When you want to transfer files/folders/pictures to the SSD drive, browse to them on your phone and choose (put a check mark on the data)what you want to move/copy. Then go back < to choose the USB Storage and move/copy them there. You can make "folders" on the SSD by taping the three dots at the top right corner. This works to or from the phone with the SSD. Don't forget to "Unmount" before you disconnect the USB-C cable.
