BLACK+DECKER 12 Amp 2-in-1 Landscape Edger and Trencher, (LE760FF)

I did not want to spend the money on a cordless edger. This works great. Yeah, it’s a little bit of a pain messing with the extension cords but this thing does a great job.

Completely surprised how much power this electric machine has! I expected a struggle switching from a gas edger to electric but cut through like a champ. The only disadvantage is dealing with the power cord but worth it for just driveway and sidewalk use.

What can I say but WOW! This is exactly what I needed. I tried the wire ones which would tear every 2 minutes but this little power machine did the job. I have a corner house so it's a very big area to do but it was no problem for this machineI would definitely recommend!

I maintain my small yard as long as I'm physically able. I can't really afford a mowing service. The money I would pay a service; I save and buy equipment. This edges my yard beautifully. I use it several times a year to cut through that trailing grass a weed eater can't cut through then keep up the edging with the weed eater/edger. This is actually my second one. The first one I bought lasted 10yrs. Being in a southern state I'm uncomfortable keeping gas around and love my electric edger. It's also quieter than the gas one's lawn services use. I don't disturb my neighbors as much. I have no complaints.

My only complaint is the awkwardly low profile this has during use. I've tried numerous times to adjust it for my height. Constantly in a hunched position while using the tool.

I chose to purchase the weed wacker/edger because it is one of the lightest cordless options available, which is very important for me. Being 5'3" and weighing 110 lbs, I often find that many edgers and weed wackers are too heavy to use comfortably.I’ve found that this weed wacker is effective at cutting down weeds, and the edger performs admirably, especially for a non-gas, non-electric tool. It suits my needs perfectly as I have a small yard, allowing me to edge all my landscaping and lawn in one go without needing to recharge the battery.If the battery does run out, I appreciate that it only takes about 30 minutes to recharge. Additionally, the option to purchase a second battery or to use interchangeable batteries with other cordless Black+Decker equipment is a real plus. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy it again.
