Q: Does this work on a liftmaster 41a5021-e?

It's supposed to work with Liftmaster openers

Q: Can you program this to close the garage door by just hitting the Enter key on the way out, without having to enter the code?

I do not believe so; the opener works great but I do have to enter the code to close door; don't think there is a way to program the enter close feature

Q: Is the keypad backlit?

Yes all buttons light once you hit the first button

Q: Will this work on a 30 year lift master chamberlain

I don't know the answer. I would guess that it does not work with a 30 year old LiftMaster. My advise to you is to buy a new Lift.
