4 servings a pack. Add pack and 2-4tbsp suger then whisk in 2 cups cold milk. Then cook on med heat bring to boil stir for one min till thick

Q: Is this product gluten free? Does it include wheat flour?

I bought these a year ago and at that time is was gluten free (I have celiac, hubby speaks German).

Sorry that was the Vanille Sauce. This are the Ingredients for the Pudding : Cornstarch, dextrose, carrageenan, artificial flavor, salt, artificial flavor, salt, artificial color, yellow 5 (E102), yellow 6 (E110)

Q: Is it really vegan? It has milk flavor in it. I know it says "artificial". Hopefully that is what it is.

I don't know if it is vegan, I use it all the time , but in checking a German website, I found that it is vegan if you don't use milk, but soy products to cook with it. I hope this helps

Description

Directions To prepare, mix contents of package with 2-4 tbsp of sugar in a sauce pan. Gradually whisk in 2 cups of cold milk until smooth. Then cook over medium heat. Bring to a boil stirring constantly with a whisk until thickened (about 1 minute). Pour into dishes rinsed with cold water or a baked, cooled pie shell. Refrigerate 1-2 hours until firm.
