Outstanding Packaging.. But that is about it.You get all you need to hand this Door Closer but the instruction lack directions. One side tells you what you get, the other side tells you how you can adjust the closing. ZERO details on how to install based on your door style. I do suggest a power drill if you are replacing the Door Frame hinges.Depending on your old door closer, you will need to adjust, please measure 2 times before attempting install. The Door Frame was the most difficult but once I figured it out, power drill came out and was installed quickly. You should be able to do this in 15 minutes MAX but without instructions took me closer to 45 minutes.This item seems fairly sturdy and closes very smoothly but don't have faith that it will last long. My other lasted about a decade. lets see how this one does..Do I recommend? Yes I do. BUT be aware it will take some guess work. ENJOY -

I had bought some off brands prior to getting this one. They didn’t last long. I’m looking forward to this one lasting a lot longer. High quality!

I like the product it work good

I needed to Ms.-Fix-It the closer on my Anderson storm door when it got caught in the wind and bent the original one so it winks to close, so I purchased this. While I waited, I uninstalled the original so I could close the storm door which worked fine for the interim. After watching a simple YouTube installation, I grabbed the drill and got this installed within 5 minutes. Very simple to install if you’re looking to replace another closer.

After having three Home Depot closers fail, I decided to quit wasting time and gasoline and get a good one. Our home has Andersen windows that have been trouble-free since 1955, so we knew that Andersen is a trusted brand. We ordered the closer and it quickly came. Installation was a breeze - five minutes. It was perfect right out of the box; no adjustments were needed. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

This Storm Door Closer is described as original Andersen equipment, and it seems to be of good quality. It was easy to install and worked well. Time will tell if it holds up to outdoor weather conditions, and the "salt air" of the Charleston, SC low country.

Product came with a parts list but not install instructions. A quick Youtube search yielded an installation video from the manufacturer. After watching the video, install was quick and easy. Product works as it should.
