Its the factory key fob at a decent price with Toyota logo with factory frequency for security.
Something worth mentioning since not description, for honest purposes it really needs to say ( does not come with VELET KEY)! i didn't see any for sale by this seller. I would have bought one if this note would have been on his site.You will need to find locksmith with device to program. some have it and some don't as i ran into today, cost me 60 bucks to get programmed in 2 mins. must have vehicle because plug into reader on car with device.Don't waste money and go to dealer to get programmed, costs 4 times what i paid today..

Real Toyota part and works great!
Real OEM remote, does not come with manual key to insert into door, but you can use your old one if you still have it. Remote works perfectly for my 2018 push start Highlander. Local locksmith programmed it for me in about 1 minute! Much cheaper than Toyota dealer

Missing key, hard to find someone to program
Call around to find a locksmith with the ability to program the key fob. It cost me )125 for the programming.

I thought the smart key would work for my 2013 Highlander.
I wasn’t able to program it from on-line instructions so finally went to the dealer and was informed that not the correct smart key. I had not noticed that it is the key for the 2014 to 2018 Highlander, and mine is a 2013.I contacted Tommy at Frontier Toyota, ordered the 2013 smart key which I’m using and received a full refund for the 2014 key that I returned. It works as advertised.
Price was reasonable. Had programed at a hardware (ACE) store that does a lot of fob programing.10 minutes later the fob worked perfect for all functions just like original key.

Real Deal....i took the fob to toyota dealer to program and they put a WARRANTY on it because it was genuine Toyota part....5star seller
