The only bad thing I can say is that I wish the 45oz size found in stores were available on Amazon. There's even a 5lb container you can get at some places like a wholesale, bulk grocery or business-oriented store. It would be terrific if those sizes were available here.This stuff tastes great (maybe tastes more like butter than butter), fantastic for baking and cooking, and nothing wrong with it not adding cholesterol to my diet. I highly recommend it...6 stars out of 5, no lie.

This is. good for you margarine suggested by some well known Dieticians. I personally don’t like the taste of it to use on bread or toast. (Sometimes I cook with it!) JT

The 45 ounce container is a terrific value. Works consistently well for frying, baking and spreading.

The only butter that we use in our household. Super creamy, but lite at the same time and delicious. Melts perfectly on toast, and veggies, or whatever your hearts daily desire. Would recommend. This band also carries low sodium options; which is also just as delicious (check your local supermarket, sometimes hard to find).
