My cat is feisty and trimming her claws is like wrestling flailing razor blades. The scissors design of these is so much easier than the pliers style I had before. They're lovely and sharp and quickly, cleanly and easily snipped the ends off her claws.

Bought these as they are easier to control than the normal guillotine style - our pug thrashes around so being able to control and cut quickly is a god send.

Nothing special. Does the job. Not much more you can ask. A bit fiddly, but that's probably because I'm also holding a cat when I use them.

Fantastic! My cat isn't big ( just under 5 kg ) but his back claws had become too thick for my ordinary clippers. I had to ask the vet to cut them last time he was there. These did the job very easily today with minimum fuss from him. I'd worried about using bigger clipoers but it is very easy to see where you are cutting.

Great product (though I don’t have anything to compare it to, I’ve been used to the vet clipping my dogs claws) I used it for my Russian Toy Terrier though it says it’s the cat model, it cut through the claw. It’s effective and easy to use. This was a relief as the choice of instrument is a very sensitive decision. Most helpfully, the manufacturing company send a nice follow-up message... it’s rare to have direct support and knowing they’re available for questions or feedback is greatly appreciated. This is the sort of personal service we usually lose with online shopping habits and gives added assurance that one has made the right decision.

They’re not as good/sharp/precise as other brands. Have upgraded

I was using nail clippers before which I was worried was shattering my cats claws, so I bought these on a whim - I only had a cheap pair to compare them to so wasnt expecting much. I was so wrong. These clippers are worth the money and I would buy them again, they are sturdy, easy to use and cut the nails all around so you get a good clean cut. Love the fact that it's a family run business which sells such a great product.
