Beyond Words Hanging Gallery 9-Piece Box Frame Set, Black

I was looking for a unique way to display our family photo's when I stumbled upon this. It was fairly easy to put together, it is very light weight, it is made out of plastic, and it looks awesome on our wall! I was worried about it being to heavy or unstable and it is perfect! Would recommend to anyone!

I didn't have problems with this at first, while I was getting everything put together and putting the pictures in it. To assemble, you flip each frame over and open the backs of them, connecting them together with tiny screws and the little connector bars. I found that you can't screw the connectors bars in too tight or the pictures won't lay flat--they'll jut out a little bit--so I had to make sure the screws were left with a little bit of room in them. After that, you cut out a piece of paper, depicting the top bar that mounts to the wall. You tape the picture where you want the top bar to be, and it had the three places for the screw holds to line up at. Easy enough. Then screw everything in and place the top bar on the wall.Here's where I had issues: To place the pictures, you grab the vertical row and slide the top connector bar into a gap on the underside of the wall bar. You slide it in place until the connector is secure . . . which lies the problem. They're never *really* secure. They don't "snap" into place . . . they more or less hang precariously, hoping that the wall stops them from shifting. But any disruption and you run the risk of them falling out, which one did for me, breaking a frame immediately. I still was able to utilize the set by removing the corresponding frame on the other side (to even it out), but for the money, I was very disappointed in the poor way to secure them.If you're super careful, I think these look great on the wall. But for the price, I wouldn't chance it and end up with something broken.

The only thing i didn't like about this frame is you can't change the orientation of the frames....otherwise it looks great on the wall.

Bought 4 sets because I really loved the picture displayed for this product. But when items were received some Frames where broken and some missing the tabs which keep the pictures in place. Also didn't not stay up once put up because it does not actually lock in place on the top bar. Had to come up with another idea to hang the frames. Great idea but not easily executed. The frames are very light plastic and break easily.

Husband had a harder time putting it up BC of the way its set up. Probably took 30 mins. Its difficult to change the picture once its hung up. I would have rather paid the extra and got a nice one.

Daughter in law loved it.

The price of this is high considering the material is plastic. The style is great and the design but I would not recommend this to anyway. I was very disappointed in the product. We missed our opportunity to return it unfortunately.

Perfect as a gift for my daughter in laws living room who is not a decorator and needs items like this to look like a pro came in to help her!
