5 Stars for the mattress and 5 Stars for the Seller.We replaced a Sterns & Foster inner spring mattress with this memory foam mattress. What a difference! We’ve been sleeping on this mattress for two weeks and it’s great! We are both sleeping better and feeling better in the mornings in just two weeks.The Seller called us to discuss deliver and explained the options. He set my expectations very well and the delivery was on the first day of the expected delivery date range. We followed up with the seller after delivery and they were very helpful and you could tell that they wanted us to be completely satisfied with our purchase. I would purchase from this Seller again.

This was the best bed ever for about two years. Then we began to notice the gradual decline in our quality of sleep. The bed sinks toward the middle, making it hard to find a comfortable sleeping and even harder to get out of bed as you are trying to push yourself up an incline. We have tried regularly rotating the mattress 90°, we have tried spreading out on the bed as to more evenly distribute our weight, but nothing has worked and my husband and I now suffer from back pain each time we lay down. If I spend thousands of dollars, I expect the product to last more than 4.5 years.

2 year update: Still the absolute best purchase I have made!! I cannot explain how happy I am with this bed even after two years. Where I sleep there is barely a dent into the bed and I am in my bed A LOT. Even my cats love this bed and refuse to sleep on anything else! HahaAMAZING. Seller and delivery service were a real delight to deal with. The bed is the best thing I have spent my money on. First time drooling in YEARS.

After a month started waking up with sore back and mattress already feeling saggy despite trying different types of mattress support. Amazon customer service was amazing but Serta needs to get "Chris" off the phones. Expected better service from a major brand name company.
