We have not tested this with a occupancy switch. I would think it won't work.

Q: Do you sell any with black screw heads?

No sorry. Buy the white ones and then take the screws and poke them in some cardboard. Then spray paint the heads black.

Q: Will this fit most brands? (Not sure what brand is in my apartment.)

I think so. They seem to be a standard size. It fit mine just fine, and I didn't do anything about checking size.
