This cleaner stopped working on one level of the pool and would not go up to the next level? One put on the other level it wouldn’t go down to the previous level! Due to it being a battery operated unit you shouldn’t have to get in the pool to move it around! Back to Maytronics Dolphin units, these units have always worked!

Love this big boy, I had an average pool vacuum which was under 200$ but it didn't do what I need which was removed the algae at the bottom of my pool. That's the main reason why I purchased this product. This big boy it's coming with a double filter which guarantees that it will suck all debris, sand, algae and all kind of particles you need to remove from the bottom of the pool. I just received it today and immediately connected to fully charged the battery. On the first try this guy removed a ton of algae in my pool. I LOVE IT

Have ran this several times in my 17k gallon oval above ground and this thing hasn't exactly done a good job. Sometimes I put it on and it just drives back and forth a couple feet for 20 minutes before it decides to only clean half the pool, it's kind of maddening. I wish it came with a feature to at least find the spot it was deployed at instead of just dying randomly at the other end of the pool for those of us without wrap-around decks.It also comes with float blocks that are for cleaning the walls but of course the company doesn't bother to outline how and when they're used. With just the front float installed, this thing cannot keep itself flat, so I'm not sure how it's supposed clean both the floor and walls in one clean.App is subpar and battery life is lacking, especially when it wastes so much time loitering before it actually decides to start cleaning. For $500 after the "$100 off coupon", I'd expect better performance. I'd gladly pay $200 for this but otherwise the value is definitely not there. I'll edit in the event my issues are operator error or if it decides to start working as intended.

The robot cleans straight paths fairly well, but does not seem to be able to figure out how to clean shelfs or a beach entry. As soon as it surfaces and is exposed to water, it forgets about cleaning and spends the next 5-10 minutes trying to get enough water in it to sink again.Cleans the walls ok.Bot is best suited for even floors that are fully submerged. Will not attempt shelves or beach entry.

I have a kidney shaped pool with tanning ledge. I had big hopes for this unit, but was very disappointed. My first day of use saw the unit climb up on the tanning ledge, flip upside down and power off. I then put it back in and it climbed up the wall of the pool where the hot tub is positioned and got stuck in place. The unit just kept running at the same spot at the water line until I pushed it away after about 15 minutes.

I bought this after another brand of corded pool vacuum took a dump. The charging time is quick and programming is easy through the free app. The only small issue is the front end will lift while cleaning the bottom of the pool if the filter has a lot of debris in it. This generally doesn't hurt the ability to clean; however, it can modify the direction of the robot on the bottom of the pool. Battery life is good and it's much easier and quicker than my old corded vacuum to clean. So far this seems to be a good investment and hopefully it will be reliable.

The media could not be loaded. It's useless and zero customer service. I purchased the robot 2 weeks ago and all it does is rare back into a wheelie and go to the wall. Then it just backs up a foot and runs back into the wall. I've been trying to connect customer for over a week and they finally responded and said they only assist European buyers. They don't assist any purchase made on Amazon.

Quite pleased with this robot. I have a 4 year old Dolphin Active 60 robot and it quit working, and I needed to get my oil clean quickly for opening. This little guy did just as good a job at about 1/3 the price, and not having a floating cable is great.
