The dresser is beautiful! I like that the drawers don't slam shut, perfect for little kid fingers. The dresser didn't come fully assembled though - we had to put the legs on ourselves. Also, the dresser ended up being shipped much earlier than the schedule date.

I have the matching crib and think it is a beautiful piece. The drawers are a little hard to open and close, but not too bad.

After reading some of the reviews, I was worried this might show up damaged but it was in perfect condition. It took awhile to come in but that may have been due to COVID. It really rounds out our nursery. I love it!Assembly was easy, you only have to attach the legs and invert the draw pulls(they're facing inward for safe delivery). Side note: I bought drawer organizer sets - standard size. They fit the bottom drawers perfectly but the top 3 drawers are a little shorter and they didn't fit. Just a heads up.Overall, very pleased and would highly recommend BabyLetto products.

So first this was supposed to be delivered a week ago. We have to be home to receive it and you select a day and time frame window. It never showed up. Had to reschedule, which that's fine luckily we started this process early. Then we received the item today. After unpacking it, I noticed that there are scratches in the wood drawers. For over $900 I really expected more. I contacted Amazon to return the item and the representative just stopped chatting me once I advised I can't possibly drop this off somewhere. The box was destroyed when we took the item out and it comes assembled so it's huge and heavy. So disappointed especially because we're stuck. We have the matching crib so now it's a nightmare to figure out

Very good quality! It is pretty heavy, so we took all the drawers out to get it up our staircase. The drawers DO have to go back in a specific way though, so just keep that in mind if you take them out. Ours did not show up damaged, couple little smudges on the bottom of it but I also don't think that the bottom is/has the same finish as the sides or top and you aren't going to see underneath it anyway. Very pleased with this dresser!

The dresser is a high-quality dresser. It is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. However, the reason I gave it one star is due to the fact that one of the drawers came without a knob.Upon receiving the drrsser, I called Amazon requesting a replacement knob which they reassured me would be mailed out. Sadly, I did not receive anything in the mail, and when I called to inquire as to the status of the knob, I was told I had waited too long to follow up and that there were no notes documenting my previous call.I cannot tell you how frustrated I am and have been lately with the breakdown in Amazon’s customer service. It is so disheartening to know that you can spend over $1000 on an item and there be no recourse to any mistakes made on the part of Amazon. Buyers beware!

It is beautiful and well made. It is perfect for my grandsons nursery. It's exactly what we were looking for.

Item was delivered today and since it was pre-assembled and delivery needed to be scheduled we assumed it was be brought into our home and boxes would be taken away. Oh were we wrong. My husband and I(pregnant) had to break apart a ginormous crate and now we can’t stand the dresser upright because it’s too heavy given i’m pregnant and can’t lift over 20lb. This should be clearly written in the description to let parents know, we would have purchased through Pottery Barn Kids instead.
