Bought from express computer parts. I ordered this on the Monday after 5pm, it arrived on Wednesday morning; now that is what I call very good service.Just plugged into telly and socket and the TV worked again, exactly what I wanted. Fitted Toshiba 23wit56b as advertised with no problems. Not labelled as li shin, but there are many transformer makers, same voltage and amps and works perfectly as replacement for original.Will use this company again.
