I recently circled back to the blood type theory. It was interesting to read what was recommended to avoid for blood type B. Over the years I had to give up different foods because they just didn’t sit well with me. Sure enough four of the five foods on my avoid list I had already given up. It was recommended to give up chicken so I did and noticed a difference. Worth trying his diet recommendations if you are having issues. This little booklet is helpful to have as a reference.

Great book, Great informatoin
Good results once you keep to the prescribed highly beneficial foods. I have been on this structured plan for a little over a month and feeling good. Practical, logical approach and have noticed the difference to foods I have ignored knowing that when I eat them, I felt different in some capacity; knew it but ignored it since I loved eating certain foods. When I stay away from them, you can most certainly tell the difference. The variety of foods to choose from is great as you can pick and choose what you like or goes with what you are accustomed to as well as I like trying new things that have been pleasantly good and added to my list.

AB overview
Great little pamphlet of my type as I am learning. Like having it on my Kindle for travel purposes.The only contradiction I noted was coffee. It states in "Eat Right 4 Your Type" AB list that Coffee is highly beneficial. Was this a typo? I have been drinking one cup of coffee in the AM for years, without it I do not feel that my stomach digests, has this changed. I have been learning the diet for years and finally have a partner that wants to share eating right for our types.

Bought For A Friend
I bought the “Eat Right For Your Type” book and had to get the Food, Beverage and Supplement Lists for myself (type O) and my friends (type A and type AB). They are loving it and so am I! In 3 short weeks I’m feeling so much better and my friends are even losing a little weight besides feeling better.

Positive Food Groups for Your Body
I'm grateful to understand foods that are permissible for my blood type and ethnicity that do not attack my body. Great information.

I feel Better
I won't lie I was on the fence about buying this book but it kept being recommended to me so I finally gave it a shot. Honestly I feel better after eating and see my stomach bloating has decreased. I still eat outside of the recommended foods from time to time but I definitely notice the difference. I'd recommend giving the book a chance it's not pricey and might improve your health.

Was hoping for more
I'm new to the blood type diet, but so far I really like it and find it promising. This little book, however, is quite disappointing. It's just a list! How about some more detail and background worthy of a book? How about an explanation for why certain foods are good or not for my type? He must have reasoning behind these recommendations, why not use this opportunity to share and educate? I give it 3 stars because I do appreciate the deeper approach, but this book is a real disappointment.
