It works very well for myself in many ways but you have to try it for yourself. I gave it 4 stars because it didn't seem to do much for me with weight loss. After using it for about 4 months I'm still at the same weight of 220# at 6'1".With that said it works very well in ALL other benefits increasing blood flow to my entire body including additional energy.It worked GREAT for my sex life that was very important to me being 59 years old and my wife 33. Just to be clear we had a great sex life before I started using this product but now its even BETTER considering my age. It gave me the STAMINA of about a 25 year old. Remember Happy wife Happy life.As far as the cost it is very reasonable compared to the Beet Root supplement you always see bieng advertised on TV. Once again even though it worked GREAT for me you have to try it for yourself to see your own benefits.

After nearly 2 weeks, I don't notice an improvement in my blood pressure, weight or energy level. I'll continue to use and hopefully something will "kick in". On the positive side, I don't notice a taste and the capsules are easy to swallow.Update 4/28/22 - My blood pressure is coming down so I'll give another star! I assumed this helped some although I have tweaked my diet as well. No improvement to weight loss or energy level. But batting .333 isn't bad.

Weight loss or not, the health benefits from this product are obvious. I got it for health itself as I don't believe in weight loss pills. This one feels natural to me. I can bear the effect and feel terrific. Unlike typical weight loss pills that make you feel like you are going insane, this product smells insanely good. The two ingredients are just what I needed. Will buy again when my bottles are empty.
