CaltrateSoft Chews 600 Plus D3 Calcium Vitamin D Supplement, Vanilla Creme - 60 Count

My gynecologist recommended these to me years ago. As I have gotten older, I find that swallowing large calcium tablets is not fun. Even the "smaller" pills seem a bit much. The chocolate flavor is good and the chews are tasty.

Been using 5 years. Mixes well in morning coffee no taste.

These are far superior than other brands like Viactiv, which has an after taste. These are easy to chew, taste like milk chocolate and are good sources of calcium. Fun, too!

I have osteopenia, which is a precursor to osteoporosis. I have been takin calcium and D3 supplements for many years. I like the vanilla Caltrate soft chews better than any other that I have tried. I had been buying a three-pack of these about every three months, but when I found they were available via subscribe and save, I went for it. Unfortunately, those I've received have been stale and hard, so I cancelled that subsription. I never had that issue with the ones I bought in a threee pack. They are a great product and I will continue to use them, but I will not do another subscription.

I was taking another chewable calcium supplement, but my doctor didn't want me to take the Vitamin K in it and recommended I switch to Caltrate, which is just 600mg of calcium and 800IU of Vitamin D3. Unlike my other vitamins, I actually look forward to taking these as they are like a tiny chocolate "dessert." My calcium levels are good, so I know it's working.

Best wat to get your daily calcium plus d3. I found the chocolate flavor too chocolatey. Other brands offered a caramel flavor, but they were too sweet. The Caltrate vanilla is perfect!

I'm having problems taking pills and swallowing so I started using this instead of the huge Caltrate pills and while this is expensive, it is really helpful for me to be able to use this instead of the the pills. They are tasty and easy to consume/swallow/chew. I'm glad they are available! Fully recommend.I do want to add here that I take two per day and as the end of the package approaches they get pretty dry and "hard". I have tried putting them in the fridge and in a tupperware container. Nothing really works. I don't think it affects them but I wish they did not do this.
