CF Flag Company U.S. Flag (CFD46211000CH)

I had this flag up year round, rain or shine....mostly shine, and lots of wind. I live in San Diego East County, some rain, lots of sun and heat. From Nov to Sept, by the time I took the flag down, which I should have done at least a couple months ago, the flag was well faded and had some tears. Half mast at 9/11 plus another time recently, and the tree near the half mast point caught it and added some small holes, that the wind made much worse over the last month.This flag in our area, should only be up about 6-8 months.Our area sees some pretty good winds part of the year, up to about 40mph, with gusts. I have wind most days, at least enough to fill this flag, and sun almost every day.

IT'S A GREAT FLAG FOR THE PRICE. WE'VE HAD IT SIX MONTHS AND THE OUTER EDGE IS NOW STARTING TO FRAY. I EXPECTED IT TO BREAK DOWN MUCH SOONER BECAUSE IT WAS NOT THE HIGHER-PRICED, SUPPOSEDLY LONG-LASTING FLAG. NOT SO! I WILL BE REPLACING OUR FLAG WITH THIS IDENTICAL NYLON FLAG.

I fly a flag every day and so do several friends and family members whom I buy for. You always know you are getting the best quality with Valley Forge whether it is indoor, outdoor, flat or sewn nylon or cloth. And the best part is that it is made in America. This particular flag, in my opinion, is the best you can buy if you have a tall pole and large area (I recommend 20-24 foot. It is not just outdoor nylon that wears well in all weather (I live in California and fly it all day and night with a light) but it is sewn instead of printed for extra depth. It truly will take your breath away like no other company does. The clip holes are brass and do not rust. They are at the exact correct positions so the flag will clip well. I am proud to say that this one was purchased for a Vietnam Vet for his 24 foot pole in Washington State.

Needed a replacement for the torn flag on my pole. This particular one is a nice size at 4x6 ft. Most I found were too large at 5x8 or too small at 3x5...so this was perfect for our pole. Stitched and embroidered stars will help it keep it's pristine look for quite some time. It's already on the pole and the torn Flag has been given to the Boy Scouts for their next ceremony.

This is an exceptional quality flag. I was charged with care and display of the American flag while I was on Active Duty in the Navy. Valley Forge by far makes the very best quality flags around. Don't waste your money on other flags that turn out to be inferior quality. This flag has embroidered stars, which in and of itself is a sign of a very good quality flag.

Although I feel that the cotton material is actually more traditional. This flag appears to be very durable. It is flying 24 - 7 and after 6 weeks of high wind and adverse weather it still looks as good as day 1. Normally a 6 month life expectancy is what we get out of these flags but this one may exceed my expectations. Excellent value!

The flags that I ordered were exactly as described. They were of equal quality or close to ones that I have bought from a flag store for double the price. I used to buy them from Eder Flag Co. but they closed their retail store outlet and the new flag store that opened was very expensive. Quick delivery also. I am very pleased with the transaction.
