I'm guessing some people might be unlucky and are getting knock-offs of this product, OR it just doesn't work well with their hair type. For me, someone with greasy yet damaged hair, this has been a blessing.The Shampoo:-Lathers better than any shampoo I have ever used, which is impressive for something that is sulfate-free.-My hair feels very clean afterwards, but also doesn't feel dry and damaged. There isn't a "squeaky-clean" feeling, it just feels softer.-It smells like baby shampoo and I love that.-It is easy to distribute quickly, and rinses out very easily.The Conditioner:-It's pretty thin, but that makes it easy to spread.-Conditions really well if you leave it in for a few minutes.-Also smells pleasant.-Not as easy to rinse out as the shampoo, but also not a huge deal.As far as both products go, a little goes a long way. It's expensive, but they've lasted a good while so far. At most places, for this same amount of the product, it costs $30 for each bottle, so as long as you are getting the legit bottles, $40 for both is a steal. The last shampoo/conditioner combo I purchased off Amazon was just as expensive, but was horrible for my hair, so I am very pleased with these, and will be buying again.

Be careful about using long-term! When I first started using this shampoo and conditioner, I loved the results! My hair was silky and smooth! But, after using for about a year, I couldn't understand why my hair was changing. My hair was feeling tangled and excessively dry. My stylist and I realized I had protein build up from these products. I just switched to a different Matrix brand shampoo/conditioner and my hair feels better already. So, I dont recommend these for extended use.

Still had some of my old salon shampoo and conditioner left. Compared these to them, they are not the same! Not the same fragrance, not the same texture. Do not buy!

I don't think I got a real shampoo and conditioner. Before I bought it from my hairdresser and it was wonderful. When I got a set from Amazon, it was nothing like the shampoo and conditioner I used before. It dried my hair out and hair look more damaged.

Love it! Love the smell, clean feeling, hair not heavy or weighted down after use, hair feels soft. My hair is normally dry and damaged from daily use of irons, this product makes my hair look better and feel fabulous

I use this for my keratin-treated hair. I loveeeee how it smells!!! Keeps my keratin lasting longer as well.

Love these products and the way they leave your hair! Would recommend to all my family and friends!

Not as good as any other Biolage. Weighed my hair down. Made it frizzy and oily somehow. Ill stick to the Color Treated hair not Keratin.

I love love live the conditioner.. I have fine hair. It puts weight in it withiut an oily feel.The shampoo, not so much.

I love this shampoo and conditioner but the lids came broke on both bottles! In the last week I have had 2 items come damaged our defective.

Contains sulfates when clearly says no sulfates or parabens .. just more lies

The conditioner is very watery.

Was not packaged very good and the lid was cracked on the shampoo. But other than that I like the shampoo and conditioner inside it.
