Literally USELESS Steelbook
Despite this coming with the usual SE stuff (cards, posters, basic stuff), the selling point to me was the Steelbook based on my favorite Ranger. The surprise was immense when my Switch version arrived with a Steelbook the size of a standard bluray case, but even GREATER when I opened it (expecting a peg to hold a disc, assuming it was the same case as the PS5 version, rather than a slot for a Switch gamecard) and it actually holds *nothing*It’s literally just a tin shell that can hold the junk it comes with.Absolutely absurd. I bought this on Amazon after Atari gave me terrible customer service regarding this same product, but my god, is this terrible. I even had a moment where I thought “Maybe I can use the case for my Green with Evil dvd.” But no. It’s useless. It’s pointless. It holds neither disc nor gamecard. They’re up charging you for a bunch of useless crap. I’m actually staggered. I’ve heard of steelbooks coming without the disc, but at least they could hold the disc you bought separately; this case literally does *nothing* besides take up space.Easily the worst Special Edition I’ve ever bought. No wonder Atari has been bouncing between life and death for 4 decades. This is just stupid.(Pics to show scale with other Switch steelbooks, and to show that the interior is a flat surface that can’t do anything)

Game is fun, deluxe version.... meh
Waited to play this game until it came out physically. The game itself is fun and what I was hoping for, for the most part. The issue I have is the steelbook that comes with the Deluxe version. It's the size of a standard blu ray steelbook. My main reason for getting the switch version was to be able to display the steelbook with my other switch game steelbooks. Even worse, it's not even a functioning steelbook. I'm pretty irritated about that aspect of this deluxe version. Atari blew an easy slam dunk on this one.

Steelbook can't house game.
Steelcase may not be what you think it is.Collector's piece is what you see, well made, fun cards, nice poster. But, I made the mistake of assuming that the steelbook case for this Switch collector's edition would be a Switch case Steel Book. It's not. This Steel book is the size for a blue ray and on the inside, it has clips on the left panel where you'll find the post card; and on the right panel is nothing. Not a spot to place the game card, not even a spool for a disc for other console versions of this game.So what does this steel book do? I guess it's just for display. Disappointed. But a bit of that is on me, I should have noticed the box wasn't switch size. A bit on them, because how was I supposed to know it's plain inside for it to house nothing.Actual game is fun, would recommend, but you don't need to buy the collector's edition to buy a physical version of the game.

Great brawler game of a beloved franchise.
I find it funny how people are crying about the Steelbook not able to hold the game cartridge. Giving 1 or 2 stars because of a steelbook. The game itself is great. All patches are included in the cartridge so is the complete version of the game and great for a collector since you don't need to upgrade the game at all. Also the poster is big, double sided and detailed. The other extra goodies are also nice. The steel book holds the extra stuff since there was room for it on a normal size Switch case. No need to put a 1 star rating for such a small issue. The game is fun and complete 😊
