I finally decided enough was enough and replaced it with this product. Unboxing and assembly was easy and well explained. There were some problems with sticking in mid cycle, but…Here’s the good part! The customer support was great! They were responsive and really cared about the performance of the litter box. Every time I reached out, they responded promptly. It was frustrating at first, but in the end the sent me a whole new box at no charge. The new box works perfectly, and is much easier to clean than the old box I was using for years. The box works great!The cats use it willingly!The product support is awesome!The WiFi App works well (although it is a bit generic and meant for other products as well as this one)Our daughter bought one on our recommendation, and they love it as well.
