I bought this video for my father in law for Father’s Day. I just found out that it doesn’t play. He thought it was him so he didn’t say anything right away. My husband went and tried it for him and he couldn’t get it to play either. Now it’s passed the return window. I did not try to contact the seller or try to return it.
