Working well for me.
Provided me extra setback to better use the trolling motor foot control. Some reviews mentioned feel like it would throw them off the seat , causing me no problems.

Works great going from one seat to two in front of my Ranger boat.
Decided to place two front seats in my Ranger bass boat to spider rig for crappie and this 6” offset works great.

Be careful of the fit
I was skeptical about how this would fit and my skepticism was correct. It has an o-ring on the shaft, not 100% sure why they did that. Took it off initially and the offset had my seat closer to the front of the boat versus the back. So I put the o-ring back on and then the the offset wouldn't catch the threads. Had to push down to actually make contact with the threads. Once I started screwing it in I got to where the offset was how I needed it but I could still tighten more. Figured I go with it and go fishing. Well after a day on the water and the offset loosening every time I turned my chair, I was pretty much disappointed with the product. I haven't tried it on the aft post. Maybe next trip. If I have the same issue, I will probably return it. I have a Tracker Pro 170 2020 Model.
