Got it within the time stated. The card was easy to install, and now we get emails when voice mails are left at the office.

Does exactly what I purchased it for. If you know this is the add-on card you need, buy with confidence from American Telecom Headquarters. I was pleased, and hopefully will not run into any issues of intermittent functionality like one of the other reviewers.

Easy to install and makes the phone system much easier to manage
Well it seems obvious but having the ability to connect to the voicemail system over the network makes management so much easier.I appreciate being able to run reports and see the details on settings as well as backing up the system before and after any significant changes.

Great when it works
This card was purchased for our KX-TVA50 about 2 years ago, its great when it works, as stated in another review it makes it much easier to manage, and a plus to get voicemails emailed to us.Problem is this card has failed about 6 times in the past couple years, multiple times when it was first installed then it ran for about a year without a problem, it has now failed twice in the last 2 days.I should leave one star for the constant failures but as i said, its great when it works..
