I really love this tick spray for my kiddos and me so I decided on top of my dogs tick medicine i would add this to our collection. Ticks can still be carried on inside so hopefully this will keep them away.

Works but the smell is intense! And it leaves a brown color on my dog. I have a Westie who is solid white. He now has brown streaks on him. This isn't going to work well for us. If you are sensitive to odors try something else. Unfortunately, chemicals on dogs cause cancers. We need a different natural solution!

I’ve ordered this product a total of three times and two of those times the product has come damaged. The second time the sprayer wouldn’t spray and this time (third time) it arrived broken and had spilled all throughout the shipping box. I’m not sure who’s to blame but I’m so disappointed because this stuff really is a great insect repellent for dogs. The ingredients are great and it’s very effective. Another thing to note is it seems like there isn’t much consistency in item packaging. The first time I ordered it came in a plastic bottle, then glass, and now an aluminum aerosol-like bottle. Personally the plastic bottle was my favorite, although I know that’s frowned upon due to it being less environmentally friendly.Not sure what to do at this point. I will try ordering it again and hope for the best. If not I’ll most likely be switching to a different brand.

i order this because me and my puppy spend a lot of the time out doors hiking and playing in the grass. last week he got bit up so bad, I had to give him benadryl to stop the hives. so i ordered this product because it was all natural.I got it today and first thing the i noticed is i could smell it throw the packaging, when i removed it the bottle was super sticky from something, my thinking is that at one point the bottle was spilled. It was full and not leaking tho.so my thinking is if your dog, cat, pig, etc. is sensitive to smell DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT. the smell is not a real nice smell to me it kinda smells like a burnt tiki torch but way stronger. i can not speak of how this product work to repel bugs, as i can not use it because ok the smell. sorry to be such long winded but i hope this helps someone.best of luck to you and this company.

Nantucket keeps spiders, fleas, and ticks all year long from coming into the dog house of my dogs. i really like this spray and use it to spray down the inside of our Pine dog house which has a canvas liner. I take the liner out every Arpil or early May and wash it down with a garden house and then launder it. While the canvas lining is laundering, I sweep down the dog house both internally and externally. Then I spray Nantucket as a fine even coat on the wood both inside and outside. I let it dry overnight and then reassemble the next day. Periodically during the year, I will pull out their bed and spray down the interior lightly again with Nantucket. I use Frontline on the dogs once a month. I have not seen any spiders, fleas or ticks since using this product. before especially, spiders would set up house on the bottom underneath of the dog house and I always worried about the dogs getting bitten. They don't stay outside all the time because we bring them in at night but when they are out there they use there dog house and don't have any ill effects from this product. Inside the house, I sometimes spray down the areas where the dogs like to lie down just to make sure no pests feel welcome there.

I’ve been buying the spray for years my husband swears by it. Every time he goes out to do yardwork it keeps the ticks away. I just started using the dog one for my puppy.
