I love the designs on this brand and the trunks are made of quality fabric. Has a mesh lining, but it's pretty comfortable....as comfortable as that mesh lining could be. My only issue with these trunks is the sizing, buy larger than what you normally wear! I am typically between a L and XL. I bought one pair XL and one pair XXL to see which size fit best. XL is a little snug on me, XXL has a bit more room.

Way too small. Had I actually kept it and worn it on the beach, I'd have been known as "The King of the Muffin Tops". Or "That guy with the really snug crotch." Or "That older man who is still trying to fit into his swimsuit from college." None of these options are appealing. So the swimsuit was returned. Sweet pattern on the fabric, just not nearly enough of the fabric to make it wearable.As the kids say these days, "Go big or go home." That applies to this bathing suit.

Pros - Pattern true to picture. Color true to picture. Unique looking and fun. Great for lounging by the pool or on the shore at the beach, I'm sure.Cons - Zero stretch. Not terribly comfortable. I lifted my leg to get into a kayak and heard the tell-tale rrrrrrip of threads somewhere on the suit. Yikes. Thankfully there was no apparent hole so my dignity was spared for my three hour kayak trip. I did not wear these again.

The sizing chart is way off - I ordered a size medium, and have a 32" waist - pants, other shorts, etc are ALL in a size 32, but for some reason this medium fits like I'm swimming. It's closer to a size 36" waist than a 32" waist.That said... If they had a size that would fit me (small is unavailable at the time of writing), I would absolutely love these as the color and design looks good.

*Not really "board shorts" more like Swim Trunks - these have a shorter inseam and a mesh liner inside.I love the designs on this companies trunks! I was looking for something that looked very personal and unique, colorful and stylish and these fit the bill perfectly! They are quality made and the mesh lining on the inside is one of the more comfortable ones I've experienced on swim trunks.....as comfortable as that mesh could be lol. My size is between a L and a XL and i bought one pair large and one pair XL in a different pattern. The L pair is a little snug, the XL has a bit more room, but both fit so i ended up keeping both.

This does deserve 5 stars. They’re comfortable, they’re above the knee and they’re a conversation piece while on the beach. I can’t count how many people stopped me to compliment my shorts.But, $35-$40 for shorts is a bit much which is why it loses a star. Still, I love these shorts.

I bought these for my BF. I love them! He is a 30/32 but I got him a large bc he has bigger thighs. He usually wears mediums in mens trunks but I saw some of the review said they run a little small. He is 5'11 and 180 lbs. The string was yellow...which I saw some people had blue strings? But anyways these are super cute!
