You get a lot of flash for the money. Good quality, easy to use, awesome batteries (fast recycle time and enough charge for hundreds of shots). Work well with Godox wireless remote.

I bought this as a replacement for my Canon 580EX which costs in the region of £600. Been using it for several months now and can't fault it. The display at the back is clear and i did not have to read the instruction manual as many of the symbols etc are along the same lines as the Canon flash gun range.I find the inbuilt battery back great, it saves me from having to carry round lots of AA batteries, especially for 2 or 3 week trips. I can see the downside to that being that if u forget to charge it, then u cant use the flash until the pack has charged as opposed to throwing in some new AA batteries, but that is more about your battery management / charging systems.. so far it has not happened to me. The rate of flash is good and the power output seems great. I have not performed any empirical tests but in the real world usage it works well.If u like to use off camera flash a lot then these are a great system to get as they are triggered by radio not by infra red as the Canon ones are.

This Mk II is better than the Mk III. Used heavily for macro photography and the battery hasn’t given up. The flash cycles are very quick even when power is at 1/16 th second. A very good flash gun indeed.

The flash is very good quality for the price. Just 2 minor things to dont be 5 stars.First it is a bit heavy... it weight more than the camera itself, so it makes it a bit more uncomfortable when you are not handling it.Second, the white reflector, despite doing the job amazingly, it is a bit easy to get loose and separate from the flash.Apart from that, good quality, good light and the battery lasts much longer than I read in other comments. I do night pictures... around 300 pictures in a night and it does not even take a line from the battery.

Brought for my son instead of the Canon flash gun. Basically does the job as required. May not be quite up to the Canon build quality but as long as it’s looked after will do the job for quite a while. He has had no issues using it with his R5 and EOS650D cameras.

Believe it or not, it doesn't have a infrared on it. How can you claim to be great yet have no infrared as standard on even the most basic flashguns.useless piece of plastic

Great product. Feels robust. Charges quickly. Charge lasts a decent amount of time. Recycle time is quick. Can't see how you could get better without paying a lot more.I only use it in manual mode and off camera so can't vouch for the TTL side of things.

Well built, reliable, easy to use, batteries last for a whole day wedding and more. Heavier than canon/yongnuo but I guess that reflects the build quality. Powerful, fast recycle times and I’m impressed with the kit.
