I received my 30X high power jumbo lighted magnifier today. After testing it on numerous things, I like it very much. It’s a bit heavy, but well made. I also like the lighted feature because it really helps to illuminate difficult things to see. The field of view is small because of its magnification, but with a little practice, you learn to adjust how you look at things. However, I would not recommend it for reading a book, for that, you need a different kind of magnification. This magnifier is great for reading very small print, like on pill bottles, coins, and instructions. I highly recommend it for anyone who has difficulties seeing small things.One more thing, I did read all the negative reviews, they are absolutely wrong, this is a great product…

Pros: The magnifying power is fabulous!!! Much better than other brands.. the glass is nice quality. The circle of built in bright lights is an added bonus! The continuous ring of lights aids in seeing better. You no longer need a secondary light source when taking out a sticker. The quality is excellent!! I find a need to use this great tool everyday. Besides reading fine print there are tons of uses. This morning I inspected our raspberries for bugs since we grow organic.Cons: The handle needs to be longer. I have small hands. When gripping the handle my hand hangs off the end. My husband has large hands and grips the handle with two fingers. However, this magnifying glass is so soon I gave it 5 stars and would purchase again. In the near future I will be purchasing more for gifts.

I purchased one of these two years ago. It has been very handy and I have used it a lot. I have worn glasses since my early forties but print on a lot of things has become much smaller. Without this magnifying glass, no way could I make out the fine print and a lot of products (and I am sure some with perfect vision at this point would have difficulty with that fine print as well). It has a hefty feel to it and the ring light gives a nice illumination. Easy to hold and turn the light on and off with one hand. The only problem I have had (and why I am reserving one star) is that the battery cover on the opposite side of the handle has a frequent tendency to become unsecured or loose. By this time, the problem may even have been corrected. Check other reviews to see if it is mentioned at all. Otherwise. I would recommend it.

I came across this magnifying glass and instantly ordered it. It seemed excessively large when I opened the package, but it turned out to be our magic weapon. This thing can magnify! Great magnification and bonus light option. Did not think i would use the light but pleasantly surprised of the quality when i did. Good product at a cheap price. Would definitely buy again if needed.

Got this magnifying glass to help read maps, data displays like times in F1 races, and details in photos without constantly changing the photo size up and down. It's magnifies a lot, but only over a small area due to the high magnification. Also, the magnified image is a bit grainy, probably due to the way the phone screen generates images and characters in the display.

Plastic around magnifier seems thin so not for rugged use. Heavy glass magnifier. Batteries easy to put in and light fairly well. Would be nice if this brightness and a higher bright setting. Handle is ok but not the most ergonomic to hold. Due to heavy glass it is not well balanced. Good value for the price. Works well if need to remove splinter.

We love everything about the magnifying glasses. We can now read all of the fine print on data sheets for some of the products I play with. And since my son is the chef in the house, he is now able to read all of the small print on the cans and boxes with preparation instructions. All the built-in LED's makes the glasses so easy to read through in any light levels you're in. I bought two at the time and I don't regret having done so. My son keeps his in the kitchen to assist in his cooking and I keep mine in my office for reading fine print. Life has changed, in the household, since having invested in both of the lighted magnifying glasses. We both really depend on them almost every day now.
