I have broken my nose several times and had a deviated septum surgery
I broke my nose several times and had a deviated septum surgery to correct this problem and then to have another accident after that leaving me almost always breathing out of my mouth when I'm sleeping. I like this pack because it has a lot of different sizes and different types a breathing vents I prefer the silicone ones that are solid to with the raise notches to hold in your nose all night. They have ones that look like baskets I do not like those they are very hard and uncomfortable and actually cost more Distortion in breathing. But the silicone ones are simple to put in you press them flat especially my nose which is crushed way more than a normal person's nose. So I press and flat and slide in and they expand makes my nose look two times the size it is but they stay in all night I can breathe out of both nostrils perfectly I've stopped snoring that I know of .I don't get sore throats anymore. I do suggest having a humidifier in a room with AC .which I use a cool mist humidifier on about mid-range and I have not have any other issues since then. I just wish they only sold the one kind I like instead of the mix varieties But I guess it is good to have the mixed varieties and the beginning to find the one you like. That being said I have not lost the one I use. I use it everyday. I wash it off every day I lightly spray it with bleach water + soap and hot water. it still look brand new feels brand new. it's made out of a high quality food grade silicone .I can't say enough good things about it .if you have any problems breathing try these. I used to use Breathe Right Strips or the knock-off brands from whichever drug store and they always left me with pimples from the glue ..this is so great because it opens you up from the inside out no mess in the morning no pimples just simply take out soak and wash.

Did not help at all
I received this product with so much hope only to be disappointed again with non-snore products. There are different sizes and once I found the size to fit my nose, I found it to be uncomfortable and it slipped out severaltimes throughout the night even though I inserted it properly. It did not help me stop snoring at all.

this weird thing is helping me breathe at night
Pregnancy made my nose clog up at night. The breath right nose strips were getting expensive, and then I saw an advertisement for these. At first I thought these nose baskets were a joke. But then I read the reviews and decided to risk it. I spent quite a while reading the reviews of other nose baskets as well, but this brand seemed the most promising. When I read the description, it said that the baskets were silicone. That was promising as others were made of plastic, and I don't want that up my nose. Turns out, that in the many sizes and styles the solid ones were the only silicone, and the weaved basket looking ones were made of plastic. This was not a deal breaker, as there were a lot of them in the package. The first night I tried them, it was all I could focus on for about an hour. They definitely opened up my nasal passage and I was able to breath, but the contraption was all I could feel. It also had that silicone scent to it which was bothering me. I washed it two times before I was satisfied. AAANNNDDDD... after a while, I totally forgot it was there! Nights two and three were even better. I didn't notice it at all; I'm a fan!*update*it's been at least a month now, and these have been pretty awesome. My only advice is that if you get up in the middle of the night often (ie: nursing baby) then you may want to stick with nose strips until later. I have to take these out every time I get up because if I don't, then the tube things act as a fun slide for my snot to rush down and out of my nose. Also, with grabby baby hands they don't stay in very long anyhow.*another update*ok, so at night I just put these by my bed and when the lights go out, I throw them in my nose because they're not something that "does it" for my husband. I mean, I don't see why not? It just enhances my nose holes a few sizes up like the grinch's heart. Anyhow, the other night, I put these in and one thing leads to another... let's just leave it at you can totally make out with your special someone (in the dark) and they will have NO CLUE that you have silicone tubes up your nose :)

Lots of sizes, material is questionable
The different sizes were great. With one purchase, both my husband and I both found plugs that fit our nostrils. The hard plastic ones were too hard, but the silicone ones were decently comfortable. And they did help with reducing the snoring. The thing I take issue with is the materials, I am not sure they are human safe? After a minute or so of inserting them, my nostrils would feel like they were mildly burning. After a few days use, my the skin inside and on the bottom of my nose started peeling off.

I see potential beyond just snoring relief.
So far, I will tell you that you must test-run the different models and sizes. I thought the largest silicon was best for me, but it made my nostrils sore. I moved one size down, and I can not tell it is in after a half an hour. It made a world of difference in my sleep. I have tried the nasal strips, chin strap, even a costly dental device molded specifically for my jaw, all in efforts to curb my snoring. Nothing has worked. I will update later on just how well that has improved. For now, I am enjoying the free-breathing benefit when I fall asleep and wake up refreshed. This will make a big difference come cold season. Wonderful invention.

These are not a comfortable solution.
Do they work? More or less yes but two things really keep them from being a better solution to breath right style strips:1) they actually dry out your nasal cavity under normal circumstances and if you have a cold... forget it. Runny drainage issues will keep you from wanting to use these.2) the biggest issue is just ultimately they are not comfortable. No matter the size or style.... the just dont feel good. Sure you can get used to the discomfort and forget they are there for a few but honestly why should you have to do that when there are other solutions out there that dont cause any discomfort nor require you to get used to it?Look I am all for saving a few bucks when I can but the trade off for these is just not worth it.
