This is book was resourceful and informative. I would recommend this book to everyone. Everyone should have boundaries. This book teaches you how to set them and validate your reason for such need.

Lessons are relatable and easy to understand. I’ve purchased multiple as gifts.

A friend recommended this book and I thought I was purchasing the regular book. It wasn’t easy to return so I still have it and won’t use. I should have read the details more thoroughly.

I purchased Boundaries Participant's Guide- Revised: When to say yes, how to say no to take control of your life. I also purchased through Amazon and the product came on time and was in fine condition.I have a hard time to say no to someone and this book is helping me with "life's issues" and it is ok to say no to someone if this causes stress in your life and that is ok.A person needs to life some stress out of a person's life. It makes you feel better and in control. That is a very nice feeling.If you are having trouble with this purchase this book and see how much better you will be.I highly recommend this book, and getting anything from Amazon has been very secure and I have had no problems what-so-ever.

I listened to the audiobook book & really liked it. I wanted to give a copy to a friend that doesn’t like audiobooks. I got the book first & it was SO BIG and DRY to read page by page. I was afraid she would just not even start it.I thought the workbook might be better, but it requires a DVD that doesn’t come with it.If the DVD is required, they should include it. Or write the words & mention the DVD is someone wants further information.Another review mentioned the DVD was not very helpful when she went out of her way to get it.I think his stories are longer than they need to be to get the picture.It’s ok when you’re listening, but it’s kind of boring to read. If that makes sense.
