I initially had issues with paying this much for a bulb upgrade, then you get jammed on shipping because it is arriving from our brothers across the Atlantic. But I must say it was worth it, no doubt a very bright bulb. When I first bought this 3 D-Cell mag light, it had the LED bulb init from the factory. But after dropping it a million times it finally gave out.I'm not sure what happened to MAG light, because they use to sell LED bulbs and upgrade kits, but I could not find them anywhere. So if your in need of an upgrade or simply a replacement for your old LED, this is it!!

Was a little skeptical about the price but the amount of light the LED throws out compared to the incandescent bulb that originally comes with the Mag Light is huge. Worth the upgrade not just for brightness but with quality of the light coming from the flashlight.

The difference between the old bulb and the new led bulb is huge, the upgrade is very worthwhile.

I have had this for 6 months and it's still working quite well. But the best thing is I am still using the same batteries even with about 1hrs of use each week.Nice and bright.

Super bright bulb. Easy replacement of the 2-pin xenon bulb, which is a terrible bulb, into a 4-D cell mag light. Took about 2 weeks for delivery. Plain unlabeled bulb package so no idea who makes it. Hope it lasts.

This bulb is crazy bright, I put it in a 6-D Maglite and it lit up the whole room.
